Fleet Automation required a robust digital platform capable of handling complex maritime data management across multiple dimensions—ships, companies, engines, and geographical locations. The challenge was to maintain accurate vessel registries with detailed specifications, manage hierarchical location data (country/state/city), handle party/company relationships with ships, and provide automated email campaign capabilities, all while ensuring role-based access control and comprehensive reporting.

Implemented a comprehensive vessel registry system supporting multiple ship types and flags, engine configurations (model/maker combinations), DWT specifications, build year tracking, and multi-party ownership associations with complete CRUD operations.
Built flexible company profile management with group associations, complete address handling (country/state/city hierarchy), multi-contact support (telephone, email), technical manager tracking, and data source attribution for organized stakeholder management.
Created a complete geographical data structure with Country Master, State Master, and City Master modules, enabling cascading location selection and region-based filtering across the platform.
Integrated engine tracking system with separate Engine Model and Engine Maker masters, allowing detailed vessel engine configurations with manufacturer and model associations.
Implemented intelligent email automation with Email Template Master (variable-based templates), Email Account Configuration, and Task Master for scheduled bulk email campaigns to party lists with progress tracking and status management.
Built vendor registry with category classification, product listings, image uploads, and export functionality, enabling procurement and supplier relationship management.
Developed Company Report and Ship Report modules with advanced multi-filter capabilities (group, country, state, city, user, data source, year) and Excel export functionality for data analysis.
